cancellation policies

BOOKING WITH DEPOSIT: Should you cancel up to 15 days before arrival the amount paid as a deposit is TOTALLY refundable, after the 15 days it will be converted into a HOLIDAY VOUCHER of equal amount to be spent on a period of stay of the same duration at one of our facilities, subject to our availability, in the season summer 2023.
